GEORGE BERNARD’S MANHATTAN PARTIES FOR SINGLES
PRODUCES MORE MARRIAGES THAN ANY OTHER ORGANIZATION

Tavern on The Green, Arena, The Grand, The Rainbow Room, The Waldorf Astoria Are Bernard’s Top Venues For the Best Parties Ever Held in New York City

For the last 22 years, George Bernard is New York City’s most successful  party promoter for singles looking to meet and possibly marry. And since he founded GEORGE BERNARD’S PRIVATE PARTIES almost 20 years ago, he officially knows of more than 4,800 who met and married at his dances, which are held at prominent locations as Tavern on the Green. The Rainbow Room, Arena, The Waldorf,  The Grand, among others. In fact, George holds 25 parties a year now for singles 28-49, or so. “Actually, most don’t tell me that found each other at my parties and got married,” Bernard says. “I guess they’re afraid I’ll ask them for money because they met at one of my parties. My only concern is not the money but their happiness!”  But in 1984, George was not promoting 25 parties a year – but 182 parties a year. Bernard feels that probably 8,000-10,000 met and married from his events, but he has no real proof, just a strong feel that there’s more than 4,000 who are forever indebted to him.

“One  party every other day was too much work for me,” he reveals to Russian Bazaar. “At the time, I was also a journalist who was flying all over the world! George Bernard is also a very successful writer/investigative reporter. His articles have appeared in PEOPLE, GQ, FORUM and he appeared daily as a syndicated columnist in 56 U.S. newspapers. He is the author of “Inside The National Enquirer/Confessions of an Undercover Reporter” and “Moment of the Predator” (1980), the latter book which accurately predicted the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center Twin Towers.  And, because of his investigative background, Bernard is extremely tough on security at his events. “No one can enter our events unless they fill out a mailing list card,” he reveals. “And a valid telephone number and address are required.” Bernard also admits that some are fearful of providing any information. “All information is 100% confidential and is never released to anyone for any reason!”

Bernard only charges $20 admission to attend his parties. Usually, there’s 500-800 people attending each event. “It’s the greatest deal in the world,” Bernard laughs. “Just a $20 investment that could change your life forever!” At these events, Bernard has DJ extraordinaire Frank Corti play spectacular dance music of the past through the present and the events usually last 6 hours. Bernard advises single people to always attend early – and to have patience. “Those that come late often see that special someone leaving the party with another person. Come early, party late. And,” he adds,” the most important point is to smile and be patient. Eventually, your eyes will meet at some point in the evening. Give the party time to develop!”

So, who attend a GEORGE BERNARD PRIVATE PARTY? “We get many, many medical doctors,” reveals Bernard. “Also, CEO’s, dentists, writers, economists, Wall Street stockbrokers and more. Also,” he adds, “more and more Russians are finding out about his events. “The American men practically knock me over to get to the Russian ladies,” he says. “The typical American man sees a chance to find a Russian beauty he could only imagine could happen in his dreams. Now, at my party, it becomes a reality! One man, a surgeon, even called me up last week to tell me that he was getting married to a girl named Olga he had met recently at one of my parties. ‘George,” he said, `I keep pinching myself to see if I am dreaming or it is real. Thank you!’”

Al Brazonti, a handsome, strapping 6 foot 3 inch international diamond dealer who looks like a mafia enforcer, often attend’s Bernard’s events. “I love Russian women. I love to dance and George Bernard’s parties, for $20 admission, makes my life really worth a billion dollars.” Brazonti adds: “If Bernard ever gives up the business, there’s going to lots and lots of unhappy people and I would be on of them!” Brazonti adds that he is actively looking for a permanent partner. “What good is having riches if you can’t share it with someone special?”

Are there any real special parties coming up?

“They’re all special,” Bernard admits.
